Selection cue leftovers when flash time == 0

Inkscape ersion 0.47pre3
OS: Vista Premium 32 bit

Reproduce:

0. Sh+Ctrl+P, change Flash time to 0 ms under Tools->Node
1. F4, Draw a rectangle
2. F2, Node tool
3. Move mouse over path to see the (red) selection que
4. F1, Selection
5. Resize the rectangle
6. Notice selection que leftovers, which stays there indefinitely (it seems a restart of Inkspace is needed; tried zooming/panning did not help)

When flash time > 0 the selection que dissappears after a resize has been performed.

Yes it seems to be the same issue. Remove this issue?
