I can confirm the random filetypes that show up in the drop-down box that specifies the filetype in Windows XP, Inkscape 0.47pre2. However, I believe the only filetype that is supported here is .png, so I would ignore the dropdown box entirely. I suspect that it should have been disabled as it was in Inkscape 0.46.
