Node Connectors in Wrong Positions After Document Resize

In Inkscape 0.46 from the standard Ubuntu repository.

When using the connectors tools to connect diagram blocks together, the positions of these nodes work perfectly until the document is resized using the "Resize to selection" button.

Now the nodes appear to connect to the wrong sides of objects, as if their positional information is being calculated wrong.

Not reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.46 and pre2.
Could you please attach an example SVG so that we can try to reproduce this bug?

Tested again with Ubuntu 9.04, Inkscape rev. 22238 and 0.46-5ubuntu4, and I really can't reproduce this bug.
I would be interesting to try removing (or renaming) your preferences file to be sure there's nothing wrong with it.

I have cleared out my ~/.inkscape/preferences.xml and repeated the same steps. The error still occured.

I'm at a loss to explain it, since it's very easy to reproduce as shown in the video.

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.46-2 and Inkscape 0.46+devel r22232 on OS X 10.5.8

'"Fit page to selection" translates layer groups' - what is your preference for 'Store transformation' (Optimized/Preserved)? Does toggling it have an influence on the behavior of the connectors?

Default setting is Optimized, when changing to Preserved it does not alter the behaviour of this bug.

To me your report (and video demonstration looks like a duplicate of bug #168360. Michael Wybrow - he first implemented the connector tool - confirms the issue with transformation of parent groups in comment #11 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/168360/comments/11>

If you agree - could you mark your report as duplicate of #168360?

Upon repeated testing I can sometimes reproduce the bug (Inkscape 0.46-2), but not in a (to me) consistent manner. Rotating one of the objects after resizing the page may even worsen the apparent bug.
