Do you have any pre4 for Windows? Now I have not computer with Linux?
On the pre3 still was not translated:
All Files
All Inkscape Files
All Images
All Vectors
All Bitmaps
and
In the Extensions -> Render-> 3D Polyhedron all elements on the View, and Style tabs.
