Comment 28 for bug 386069

@JazzyNico - how difficult would it be to apply your patch to 'svg_and_media_zip_output.py'? It says in the comments
   "this is the first Python script ever created
    its based on embedimage.py"
and fails with a "Could not locate file: file:///…" error msg.
