OK, there is quite easy workaround:

Export .eps with "Export area is page" checked. Then go to Document Properties and in Customize size choose pt as Units and remember Width and Height values. Then open your exported .eps file with some text editor and modify %%BoundingBox and %%PageBoundingBox to have values 0 0 your_page_width_in_pt your_page_height_in_pt.

That's it. This is ugly and not what one wants but it works for the moment (or for ever if it stays in the status of not wanted feature).
