Bug Description
I am using Windows.
Minimizing and Maximizing from the taskbar does not work a times.
At other times it resizes the application window and then I have to Maximize it again.

The first part of the bug describes a similar situation, that has been fixed in SVN.
I tried to reproduce this on Windows and it seems to be fixed.
