Bug Description
It is expected that a Windows program (and possibly other platforms) will show an asterisk (*) in the titlebar when the current file is unsaved. Inkscape currently doesn't do that. It has no reminders at all that the current file is unsaved.

This is a fairly common convention, it'd be nice if Inkscape gave some indication that the current file is dirty. GIMP has an asterisk in the titlebar.
