Bug Description
Inkscape versions tested: Inkscape 0.46 and Inkscape SVN 20006
Test platform: Gentoo Linux ~amd64 with gnome-2.24.0, gtk+-2.14.3 and glib-2.18.1
On both versions tested, the DPI text field in the export bitmap dialog window will automatically change values by small floating point increments whenever focus is lost on either of the Width or Height text fields.
If a DPI value of 20 is entered and focus is taken away from the DPI text field to another window (or *some* other fields in the dialog), it'll stick to a value of 20dpi. If after typing in a value of 20 one clicks repetitively between both the Width and Height text fields, the DPI text field will alternate between 19.98 and 19.99 as focus is lost on the Width/Height fields.
If after typing in a value of 20, one clicks on "Drawing" to set a different export area, and then clicks back on "Page", the DPI text field is no longer changed by clicking between the Width and Height fields.
The only fields affected seem to be the Width and Height fields under "Bitmap size". Other fields in the dialog behave as expected.

I can confirm that I also see this bug for Inkscape 0.46 and SVN 21180 on ubuntu 64bit.
