Bug Description
Im exporting png images with dpi of 67.5, but if I deselect an object, and select it againt, the dpi option resets to 67.0
Inkscape 0.91
on Ubuntu 14.04 (default/unity)
Reproduce steps:
1- Open the attached file(in the comment)
2- open Export PNG Image panel
3- select red square
4- set red square dpi om image size to any number with a decimal (152.6 for example)
5- hit export button
6- select blue square, then red square again
7- the value is set to the whole number, with the decimal as XX,00
(note: sometimes dont have to export, just select other square and decimal goes away)
Similar:
1- Open the attached file(in the comment)
2- open Export PNG Image panel
3- select red square
4- change dpi value to something else
5- select blue square and select red square again
6- value is back to original one (kind of different bug?)
(with image is exported the dpi is actually fixed, so this might not be a bug, but intentional behaviour? in any case, the decimal goes away)

Please add information about OS/platform and Inkscape version to the bug description, thank you.
Could you attach a test case (Inkscape SVG file) and a list with 'steps to reproduce' to the bug report (to allow further investigation on other systems)?
