Comment 28 for bug 284546

I am not running an upgraded copy, I did a clean OS install using media created with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool shortly after the necessary upgrade to activate. I removed the default driver for my tablet that Windows installs using device manager, then installed a fresh copy of the Win 10 driver after reboot. I then restored my backed-up preferences.
