Cannot select a font with leading zeroes in name properly

Bug Description
When I select a font, which has a number with a leading 0 in it (for example "Squarodynamic 08"), this font is not used. Instead, Inkscape tries to use a font without the leading 0 ("Squarodynamic 8"), which doesn't exist. This behaviour does not change whether I type the name of the font or whether I select it from the list. In contrast, the font "Squarodynamic 10" works. All "Squarodynamic" fonts work perfectly in other applications.

In fact there are even more bugs that concern parsing of font names.

I have this problem with many fonts that have leading zeros in their names. One such attached.
I had thought I had this problem with fonts with any number in their name, but will need to check that out.
