Hi, I would also like to see that feature. If you can fill the shape then possibly you can also count the total number of pixels filled. Then you can check the shape area/total area ratio and you can see how much space you have used.
It would be great to see it on the screen when moving, rotating, scaling shapes.

I am trying to add this feature by myself but to be honest - I don't know where to start really :(
