Dialogs docked in sidebar not visible when many dialogs opened

Bug Description

If you open many dialogs docked in the sidebar it will not resize or do anything to make opened dialogs visible.
If you resize it yourself you can open the dialog you want 1 time, because sidebar resizes to its original thin not allowing you to see anything size. See sshot.

Still there on pre4. Same case: pulling from the border of the collapsed docks allows me to see them but after uncollapsing and collapsing one of them again it goes back to the narrow width.

I can't reproduce the problem.

I am able to reproduce this behaviour.

When I have 2 dialogs docked their captions are visible. After adding an extra docked dialog a scrollbar appears and the captions are hidden behind it.
