Bug Description
i have found inkscape to be nice program. upon setting up some guidelines i found that they are adjustable with only two decimal places (see the attachment showing the grid/guide preference window). i dont have the ability to help with making changes to things, but if you could update this to be adjustable to more decimal places that would be great.

which addressed this issue. i only have version 0.45 and it appears it is addressed with later versions.
