Comment 2 for bug 200091

working with windows xp SP 2
when creating a new file with FILE NEW A4 or other options I get a new programm window (the new file has an extra new window with menues).
When I try EFFEKTE - PFAD MODIFIZEIREN I get the same error.
Where can I change the language?
I use inkscape 046 pre3 form rom March 07.

I can't confirm this. Im on WinXP 7th March build, I changed the lang to
e and Help menu works fine, python opens the links in my browser.
Do your python effects work ok? For example Effekte > Pfad modifizieren
 Fraktalizieren?
What OS are you on and what Inkscape version are you using?

hen using Help and submenus many options crash the program
nd the program must be terminated.
