Comment 19 for bug 197617

It looks like share/extensions/Makefile.am needs to be updated. This file doesn't appear to be used in the build process on Windows, and nobody offered to test the patch on Linux, so this went unnoticed.

I'll try to post a patch for this later, if nobody else does.
