Sorry for not commenting earlier but I've been busy...
It happens with any old or new file, even when is just the white canvas, so I don't think is necessary to provide a file. The profile I'm using now is the FOGRA Coated 27. Since it is freely available I'm gonna attach it. It happens with any other profile, BTW. The problem persists with r18747, and it's not reduced to only those glitches but also ANY profile is excessively yellowish. I would expect such color on press paper but many papers has a white that turns more to blue... I think that's a bug too.
I've upgraded some of my libs:
- cairo 1.6.4
- gtk+ 2.12.9
- lcms is still at 1.17
