- did this work previously on Vista ?
- are there any error messages, what are the symptoms ?
- do you have your own version of Python installed, or are you using the Inkscape version ?
- can you go into a DOS window, type in the command 'python' from any directory and have the Python interpreter start up normally and tell you that it is Python 2.5.1 or whatever, with no error messages?
