Bug Description
Setup: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS Linux RERE-pc 4.15.0-38-generic x64
Version: Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)
Reproduce:
1. Draw a circle
2. Convert a circle to an arc (sector, pizza, Pacman, etc) by pulling a "circle" editing point
3. Shift + click one of editing points
Result: Inkscape crashed with segfault, with or w/o error message & emergency save.
This bug reproduces every time.
