Comment 94 for bug 179988

Built now with latest patch from Ulf and WIN_PRINT_TEST=1 in ui/dialog/print.cpp uncommented. (See my last post).

The second dialog gives nice clean vector printing with no boxes, except transparent boxes with black lines appearing across the page - one seems to be about 2cm in all around, and the other is smaller and offset towards top left. The boxes are there whatever I do, text or no text, image or no image - can't even get rid of them even by deleting all content or starting new document, or changing printer driver.

Any thoughts?
