I really don't have any interest in trying to compile GTK+ or Inkscape
under Windows. The only time I use Windows is to improve the win32
support in cairo. The recent exception being the Pango fixes for
OpenType and Type 1 fonts. However getting Pango to compile in Mingw was
enough pain to ensure I won't be repeating that experience for sometime.
Behdad, who wrote the patch, does not use Windows. So the patch has not
been tested. However it is a trivial patch and looks correct to me.
