Comment 88 for bug 179988

Reagrding blur I need to say "Not implemented in the cairo-pdf exporter" it is implemented in the cairo-PS exporter. Thats propably my bad, because I was to busy with my office stuff so I couldn't make it for the current release. I will try to do that ASAP after we publish the 0.46 for windows.
But it definately won't make it to the 0.46.0 release.
for printing you must then use the bitmap exporter.
Hope that clarifies the situation regarding blur. Adib.
