Comment 77 for bug 179988

I patched latest RELEASE_0_46_BRANCH (17939?) with the first two files mentioned in
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/179988/comments/74
for "Page Size Patch" and "Font Crash Patch", but it doesn't work here for page size: printing with PDF Creator still generates a too small printout.
I tried a document starting from blank page (A4 size), adding a text ("ABCDEFG") with default settings, stretching it to be (almost) full page in width and half page in height, then adding a rectangle for the lower half of page (black border/white filling).
The result is roughly 1/8 of a full page (with the box still all black, of course).
