Comment 54 for bug 179988

After some testing (with "print to file" only; i'm unable to view the files afterwards so i don't know whether the output is okay) it seems the default page size causes the invalid hdc.

Here is a patch that doesn't set any default page size and instead sets the units and full page as suggested by Adrian.
