running the win32 binary build : Inkscape-0.45+0.46pre3-1.win32.exe
I do not have a printer on this machine so I am using PDF Creator.
Default resolution on PDF Creator is 600 dpi. If I print a page I get a black rectangle about 1 inch square in the upper left.
If I change the PDF Creator resolution to be 96 dpi, then the size of the black rectangle increases by a factor of 6 or so, as previously discussed.
This is by far the most promising result I have seen in the last two months, wish I could get my other machine to do this.
In DOS I get an exit message :
C:\Python25>python inkcl.py
but I am not sure this is relevant, I think I've seen this elsewhere on other occasions. (Note that the cairo_win32_surface_create message is not present.)
