Comment 46 for bug 179988

Hi,

I just ran Inkscape0803031858-fulldbg, both with and without gdb, and had no crashes with printing, although the print was very small - an A4 page came out at 2.5x3.5cm using two different printer drivers. The same file prints normally on 0.45.1, however in 0.45.1 the spool file was 7.52Mb, while in this dev version it was 433Kb.

The only error I got in gdb was;

This really seems to be unrelated, because that dll's description is "Windows Media Playback/Authoring DLL".

Exporting this file to PDF works without crashing and has shrunk the file from 336Kb to 277Kb compared to the last pre Cairo 1.5.12 dev version I had from Feb 29.
