Any thoughts - is this ready to nominate for release, or are there any issues that need to be sorted?

To summarise where I think it's at;
- blur isn't perfect (mainly alignment). Adib has indicated limited time, so unless he (or someone else) feels very keen, I think this will have to wait for 0.46.1
- gradients cause drop back to bitmap in print, but not in save to PDF via cairo - do we want to fix this? If no then we should nominate for release now.

If I don't hear anything soon I will just nominate for release in the next 8 hours.

Adrian - can you take care of the patched cairo libs? Or does anyone else have wisdom on getting the libs updated? Thanks.
