> Do you have any versions of cairo.dll other than 1.5.12 you can test with? If it works on an earlier version it will narrow down the source of the problem. The win32 printing surface was first added in 1.5.2.

Just built with the Feb 26 libraries that have Cairo 1.5.10, but still does exactly the same thing. Will try with the Nov 1 version and see if there's any difference.
