I agree that having it at the top would be better.

It might be worth investigating that further, except from what I understand, we may be migrating bugs over to Gitlab Issues in the foreseeable future.

Maybe better to investigate ways to do that at gitlab?

Or maybe....I thought it was an issue which was put to the Vectors team, to come up with some kind of flowchart type of form (I think it's supposed to go on the website) for reporting bugs, which would help newbies to be able to make bug reports on their own. But I can't seem to find an Issue for it, at the moment.

But anyway, maybe that should be the focus?
