Ok, I made the new FAQ item and linked it to the new page.

Somehow I had missed the part at the very bottom of the page about making screenshots or videos or whatever. The link to Licecap was already on the page, so I kept that. But I'm not sure if you really want info about how to make a screenshot and stuff.

I actually wrote a little tutorial about making screenshots for newbies on my forum. But I know most of the website team does not want a lot of 3rd party links on the website. Although now that I think of it, the Licecap link is a 3rd party link already, haha.

Well anyway, here's that tutorial. If you think it's helpful, we could link to that as well: https://forum.inkscapecommunity.com/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=12 I know that Screencast-O-Matic is an easy-to-use video app for newbies. So that might be a good one to suggest.

But that would make 3 3rd party links. Maybe it would be better to let folks find their own resources, and not even have a footnote??
