Bug Description
Inkscape 0.92.3+
Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon 64-bit
This behavior appears to be common to all horizontal-bar tool sliders at the top of the window (ex. "Smoothing" in Freehand Lines tool, "Width" in Calligraphy tool), but not sidebar sliders.
When adjusting the slider, if I click the up or down arrow three times rapidly, the slider will move up or down respectively at a constant pace as though I clicked and held that arrow and continue until it reaches the maximum or minimum value. I am thereafter unable to adjust that slider; if I click in the middle of the slider to set it, it immediately resumes moving toward minimum or maximum, and clicking or even holding the opposite-direction arrow (eg, the up arrow if the slider is at the minimum setting) has no effect. The behavior ceases if I select a new tool then re-select the one I had been adjusting.
This behavior occurs consistently every time, to the extent that I must be careful how quickly I adjust sliders at all times.
