Comment 12 for bug 1729805

I get the print dialog to appear on my Windows 7 box, so I'll have to head down to my Windows 10 laser cutter PC (it's not at home) and see if I get different results. If it works there, then I can try switching from PrintDlgA to the newer PrintDlgExA function* and see if it works better for you. Otherwise if it exhibits the issue you report I may be able to fix my call to PrintDlgA. Unfortunately my weekend is pretty full, so it might be Monday before I can get that checked.

* This still requires a DEVMODE instance which describes a struct containing an anonymous union of structs. (Very yucky!) However I wasn't able to get the document name across to the laser cutter without trying to be proper here.

I'll attach the updated version of the extension to try to this ticket when I've got something.
