David: Great to see progress on this front! I did a quick check with your patch and test files.

Is there a reason that overline is a different line height than underline or line-through? In opening that main test file in Chrome & Opera, the lines are all visually the same.

On a related note, it appears that for certain fonts the line heights of the decorations change, something not observed opening the same file in Chrome or Opera. A good example font is Angelina http://www.dafont.com/angelina.font and the decorations become pretty thin.

One more thing, in addition to certain fonts not showing decorations, it seems like it's also pretty common to get it to wonk out on a font that works when you change the Font style.
