Since SVG is inherently an RGB based standard then converting colours to
CMYK would, at best, be hit-and-miss. Certainly, other professional
printing features, such as separation spot colours ain't gonna work.
So I'm not convinced this is achievable in a sensible way. If you are
involved in a PDF workflow then Acrobat Professional would probably do a
better job of converting RGB to CMYK.
