Color arrows/markers with stroke color

Right now this is possible in a round about way but
it's not very fast and maybe a bit too complex
depending upon the task.

Use case: Kris is making a weather map that requires
lots of red arrows. Kris needs to have a way to
quickly color the arrow tips, mid markers, etc. red,
or just whatever stroke color he chooses for the curve
segment.

added the word arrows to the summary for easier searching

there are a few duplicate reports for Arrows and markers but
I dont have time to sort them out at the moment. Your help
would be appreciated.

I agree. The inevitable black arrows are the only thing that really annoys
me while using Inkscape.
In every other aspect the program is really great comfortable to use.

Did anybody figure how to approach this, yet? Because I remember it not
being all that easy for some reason. However it's crucial.
