Sure, lets change the options to whatever is most useful ...
What kind of options would you like to see ?

Select Same > Fill (Color)
Select Same > Stroke Color
Select Same > Stroke Style (include stroke width and dashes and markers ) ?

Then the right click "Select Same Fill and Stroke" to mean ... Select same Fill and Stroke Style ?
