Node fillet / chamfer tools

inkscape (Debian)

Bug Description

fillet tool - in node edit mode a tool which allows one or
more nodes to be selected, then via an interactive
method - either click+drag or spin button (or both as
alternatives) have blend radii applied at them.

Chamfer tool - as above, except chamfers instead of

This feature would be great, but I would like to add that it would be good if it could also support scallop.

Scallop is a reversed fillet corner.

Experimental branch (lp:inkscape/experimental) now has the new path effect 'Fillet-Chamfer' (initial commit in r13354), contributed by Jabier Arraiza Cenoz.
