Round/Fillet Corners

I think Inkscape should have a "Round Corners" tool.
It should, when a point is selected, dynamically turn
that point into two points that form a perfect arc,
"filleting" that corner. It would be like rounding
corners on rectangles, only it could be done on any point.

It's a VBA script created for corel draw, that rounds
corners quite well and easily.
