Bug Description
The Sodipodi could have a Script Engine as the Corel so
the user could create functions to automatize edition
processes and new functionalities for the Sodipodi that
could be sent to the website.
I consider that he is something seemed with Javascript.
The syntax is knowed by a lot of people and is easy!
KIDPROTO: I know we've talked in chat and on the WIKI
about using ECMAScript or some other standard
technologies as a scripting language for Inkscape. See
WIKI for more info on this RFE.

It is improtant but it is difficult so reducing the priority
a little.
Probably better that scripting be tackled in a language
agnostic way using something like SWIG. Also directly
manipulating the DOM is a whole other issue.
