Grid snapping is required for the icon to be readable at the small
resolutions[1]. Theoretically things may work if we had non-scalink strokes
and line 'hinting' as we do with fonts, but we don't.

The icons are quite an improvement over the current one. Thanks to the
inner stroke, the icon remains readable on dark background too -
