To reproduce this bug, open the attached drawing and draw a path on any
layer. Select the drawn path and try a effect command, like fractalize, and
note that the effect doesn't work and may crash Inkscape. Next, try to
"undo" the effect and note that Inkscape either does nothing, freezes or
crashes.

File was created in Inkscape. Opened, edited and saved from Illustrator,
then opened and edited in Inkscape. Win32 platform.
