re: Issue 4: It's in the toolbar. In my preferences file, my default string is `style="fill:black;fill-opacity:1;stroke:none;font-family:sans-serif;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:40px;line-height:125%;letter-spacing:0px;word-spacing:0px"`.

I can still reproduce with the new patch. Text starts off at Face: sans-serif, Size: 3.3333333333333335. I change the face and bam, size changes to 1. I change the size to 4 or 5 for example, change the face and the size changes back to 1 again.
