I'm unable to replicate this issue (neither with the reproduction steps given in the original report, nor comment #17) in Inkscape 1.1-dev (6b4d57f, 2020-04-01), Windows 10. Please reopen on http://inkscape.org/report if the problem occurs again.

Asking for a color managed mode is not the scope of this issue.
