0.92.1=when I add more nodes to 2 circles, the "snap to path intersections" turns itself off/ union of 2 circles require more nodes to prevent intersections from moving

Bug Description

Inkscape version 0.92.1
Windows 10 64-bit

Ongoing from previous bug reported: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1654122

I followed the advice that TylerDurden gave me and it worked (although in mm it does move 0.001 mm whereas in inches doesn't really show/still a problem)

I figured more nodes would fix the problem even more. However, when I increased both circles to 12 nodes each the "snap to path intersections" button turns off whenever I click anything.

I attached a file to show. Didn't start when I did Tyler's advice, only when I went to 12 instead of 8 nodes.
