Bug Description
Inkscape version 0.92
Windows 10 64-bit
I was testing the union command with 2 circles. I have experienced this bug in previous versions. When I click UNION I noticed a small shift in the intersections where the circles cross each other. I used ctrl z and ctrl y back and forth and really noticed the movement. I measured the movement using guidelines, one on the intersection before union and the intersection after. I zoomed in the maximum zoom and used the node edit tool to see the node after union and placed the second guideline on the node. There was around 0.1 inch movement from before and after the union operation.
I attached a file with the circles and guidelines for reference. The left side are objects and the right side are paths. I didn't see a difference between the two after using union. There were errors in previous versions that I had to convert to path before using union for it to work properly.

Reproduced here with 0.92 win 8.1 64bit.
Changing circles to path shows issue, increasing nodes to 8 does not show the issue.
