Comment 2 for bug 1664071

Neither - I see it when using space > pan, ctrl > change size and general selecting inside of a group although cannot identify the exact sequence. Can not get back to the selection tool unless I select another tool and then select selection tool again and only then will it work.

While frozen an object (usually text?) has a solid blue line around it. But can't even use the text tool either. Everything freezes in IS but I can exit IS and work outside of it.

Last night my entire computer froze and even ctrl-alt-delete would not bring up task manager but that is for another bug!

PS - I'd go back to V .48 but I do really like some of the enhancements in .92 so thanks so all your work! :)
