Document Properties Does Not Open

Inkscape 0.92.0 r15299 does not allow you to open document properties, it simply does nothing.

Other questions which can help to further investigate the reported issue:
1) If you happen to run Inkscape on a Windows PC, or on a Mac: do you work with a multi-screen setup (e.g. laptop + external monitor)?

2) Please check whether the document properties dialog was (unintentionally) iconified (minimized into the dock inside of Inkscape's main window, represented by a (vertical) icon button near the right edge of the Inkscape window). If this is the case, click on the button to open the dialog again.

You are right, the menu was minimized in the right side menu, everything is correct, excuse my ignorance.
