I'm getting this too (0.45.1) and it basically makes patterns completely
useless, as the gaps are painfully visible in exported bitmaps as well if
the background is non-white. See new attachments:
pattern-fill-bug.{svg,png}. This has been open for three years now, are
there any workarounds?
