Hi there,
I've encountered the same problem in v. 0.46. (win32)
I don't know if I'm sayng something already known but... here's what I see:
- In my drawing, i define an object and apply a gradient (i.e. see Image 1 attached), then I copy this object
- I define another object (bezier curves/straight lines) and then I Paste Style: I would expect to see the same gradient (or very similar) but it's not. :-(
But if I unzoom the page and select the "Edit Paths by nodes" tool, I see that this could be due to the fact that the gradient "controllers" are not correctly placed in the new object (see Image 2). Their position is not really the same but it's not clear to me what it depends on...
